    1979 evinrude locks up

    I have a 1979 evinrude 25952r 25 hp. Long shaft. I was in Canada last week and it ran fine until the last day, I was about 1/2 throttle and it just started losing power so I shut it down. Tried to restart and it won't spin all the way around. Spinning it by the flywheel it will go about 9o%...
