    Wont start without primer on motor pulled out

    1996 25 hp outboard. sat outsi 1996 25 hp outboard. sat outside for two years covered but not winterized. did rebuild kit this year and seems to run pretty well. motor looks very clean had one clogged line from mud wasps. cleaned out and water shots out for cooling in a steady stream. however...
