    **SOLVED** Hi all, just to close this one off - it was a faulty switch box. Fitted a new ones and she's firing on all three cylinders, up and down the RPM range. Thanks for the help and support offered.

    That's an interesting one, do you mean they might be connected the wrong way around?

    PS - tacho issue resolved, it was a break in the grey signal wire half way down the loom. Just the miss-fire to resolve now, hopefully someone will be able to help :)

    Thanks for the heads up, I'll get one of those on order. Meanwhile, the other two pots (that are running fine) fire the spark tester 100% up and down the rpm cycle. The no2 pot that isn't running over 2,000 RPM doesn't spark above that, unlike 1 & 3.
