    1989 Evinrude 120 Overcharging

    My motor just recently started overcharging and the voltage is all over the place. It runs about 15.1 to 15.4 volts. Just replaced the rectifier/regulatory and still does the same thing. Tried a different battery and nothing still 15 volts. Voltage was fine idling like didn't go above 14v but...
