    Physically won't go WOT

    Throttle will not advance to the WOT position on its own. Stops just short of the roller going over the "hump". All the linkages are in spec, checked them with a caliper.

    Sure is. It needs a new impeller for sure. Like I said oil leaks out of the carb butterflys when trimmed up. Were not run dry. Battery is new. Starter is fine, she'll crank all day.

    Looking to do a soft rebuild on a 115ETLG. Don't think I need to crack open the "bottom end" or anything but anything thats a wearable, I want to replace/rebuild. So rebuild carbs, fuel pump diaphragm and so on...what should I get? Are there any pre-assembled kits? Upgrades? Engine is all stock...
