    1986 175 black max- cylinder head cover installation

    guys I need quick assistance on installing the cylinder head cover. Do I need to add permatex? is there a torc spec or sequence? again this is for the cover now the cylinder head. I have that info. general installation procedures of this cover would be great.. thank you!!

    1986 175 black max- jumps when I give throttle.

    I can't figure it out. I rebuilt carbs and still doing this. motor idols fine as I slowly give it gas it will jump. it will not slowly increase throttle or speed. listen to video you will here it jump to higher throttle. thoughts? https://youtu.be/U1M-rnTTGb8
