    I bought this used and motor kicks up in reverse and there are no tilt settings - you must reach down and flip the Lock Assembly Arms on either side and only is the top setting.. The ROD, REVERSE LOCK RELEASE is clearly not attached to anything. Nothing is grabbing the Manual Tilt Pin. I am...
