    Checking Electrical 2000 Merc 115

    I got my stator and about to put it in. I am still worried about the voltage regulator and enything else I might have damaged that will effect the new stator. Are there any tests I can run on the regulator and any other parts?

    Merc 115 2000 no spark

    Wires coming out of the voltage regulator got very hot at connections. I now have no spark. How can I test the regulator to see if that is the issue. George
