    yamaha 115 not peeing

    so i pulled my lower unit at the beginning of the winter and changed out the water pump which i've done 10 times. fast forward to now spring and startup i put motor on a bucket and completely submerged water pump started it and no water was peeing. i immediately figured i screwed something up...
