    I found out the thread pitch is 5/16”-24, now I just haven’t to try and find a screw with the same pitch I could possibly make a screw withe the pitch of M8-1.0 work it just might be a little tight

    I am kinda thinking that same thing, I just haven’t been able to find any original specs for the screw. I might try and find one that looks similar on Amazon or somewhere similar and see if it works

    Yes the bolt just broke off at the fluid holes for the banjo style screw, would just a regular SS screw work to replace this?

    I just bought a small 14 ft John boat yesterday and the motor came with it, I took the carb off already and it had water in it. I cleaned it out and it is much better now but the bowl screw is broken. I might be able to just toss a new screw on and that would most likely work I just want to...
