    I have a 92 Evinrude 120 HP motor Quick Start model. The motor sometimes starts if the battery is fully charged. I have checked the spark and it is weak. I the battery has 12.8 volts in it and you remove all the plugs it sparks on the left and right bank if you replace the right bank plugs there...
