Thanks racerone. I was hoping it would be something quick to diagnose and replace. I just took the boat over to one of the local islands for the summer and really don't want to bring it back until fall and get to a shop. Maybe a small shot of starter fluid in the morning will get me through...
Thanks Boscoe..any idea of what it could be? I would think there is something that enrichens the fuel mixture during cold stating. I can't find anything in parts diagrams that would indicate this.

I have a 2007 F50TRL that was starting fine every day then the very next morning it takes a lot of cranking to get it started for the first run of the day. Starts fine and runs strong all day until the next cold start. Is there a cold start solenoid somewhere that I can check?
