    Ok, I feel silly ! I found it recessed in a hole. Got it apart and there is nothing left of the impeller! Up against the impeller housing there was a rubber o ring and a round spring just laying on it. Going to order replacement parts. I hope they come with instructions!

    I loosened up the 2 nuts on the side, and 1 below the tab. Seems like something is still keeping it from coming off ??
