    2000 F115 4stroke idling high

    Just purchased a boat with twin 2000 F115 motors . Tachs were weather worn when I got it so i couldn't see RPMs. Replaced the techs and did the fluid maint on the engine and lower unit, plus the new water pump/thermostat.... when on the hose, the right engine is idling at 1400 RPM( I can see...
