    I have a 2001 Mercury 25EH. Starts fine and will idle all day. But after coming off plane it will stall. It acts like its running out of fuel. 2-4 cranks and it starts right up and idles fine. I tried pumping the ball while coming off plane and it did not help. Fuel pump and carb were rebuilt...
