    No fire on 3 cylinders

    Put a new powerpack, CD6, on Evinrude VE200SLETC. Engine will run on 3 cylinders only. 1,3,5 are no fires. Reversed strator wires, had no effect,1,3,5 are still no fires. Unplugged yellow/black stop circuit, no effect. Can anyone help me ?
