    Shift cable

    I have a 88 trophy with a 3.0 I have a 88 trophy with a 3.0 on a cobra leg and i can not get the shifting set.I cracked my lower leg and bought a used lower intact.So now the shifting was tight so changed out the bent shift rod but i can't seam to get the shifting set up.I can turn the trunnion...

    Splitting the leg

    I took the bolts from around t I took the bolts from around the lower gear case and the bolts around and under the trim plate.But the leg still does not come apart from the upper gear case.The leg is off a 1988 0mc cobra with a 3.0 eng.Did i miss anything?
