    Johnson 225 volt gauge

    I have twin 1995 Johnson 225's Oceanrunners, when I turn either ignitions to the on position, the volt meter for that engine pins the volt gauge to 18 volts. The engine will start and run, but the gauge remains at 18 volts or pinned to the max of the gauge. Any ideas??? could it be a ground...

    Johnson 225 won't idle and dies after a couple of minutes

    1995 Johnson 225. has spark in all six ports. rebuilt carbs, CDI digital ignition, VRO pump is functioning properly, fuel sample, showed no water. Engine will run for a coule of minutes then shut down. if choke is pushed in, engine will rev up and continue running. Engine appears to be running...
