    2005 15hp won't start on it's own

    I have a 05-06 15hp that does not want to start up on it' own. If you spray a shot of starting fluid in it, she will fire right up & stay running. I have rebuilt the carb, put a new fule filter in it, checked all the hoses for leaks, & replaced carb & air box gaskets. Still no go, any ideas...
