    1988 Mariner 8hp keeps stalling

    My 8hp Mariner starts and runs fine for about 2 minutes. It then stalls as if it is not getting fuel. I have to pump air into the fuel tank each time it stalls. It will run for another 2 minutes and stalls again. Each time it stalls, the fuel line to the tank needs to be pumped full of air...
