    Doing my spring check on motor and noticed my ground wire from tilt trim motor is almost broke off. All 3 wires from motor have a black hard plastic piece over them before they separate to single wires. No big deal but the black is almost broke off right at the end of this piece. So what is it...

    Tilt and trim issues

    1983 50 HP Mercury SN-642-1301. Before winter tilt and trim worked fine. I tried tilting up to haul and motor runs but no movement. I'm assuming just low fluid. If so where do I refill and how much. Thanks ahead for all help.
