    Hey everyone, just joined up to what seems like a great site! I have a 14' fiberglass runabout, with a 64 40 hp johnson on it. starts fine runs fine with the hood off or that choke access door open but as soon as i put the hood on or close to door, the engine wont rev all the way up. wel...
