    "I have a Honda 4stroke BF 130 "I have a Honda 4stroke BF 130, around 2003 model with electronic fuel injection. Just got the oil and filter changed and took it out and it ran great for 15 minutes, then only will go at slow speed. Will not go any faster. You can throttle up and it still runs...
