    2004 Mercury 115 elpto 2 stroke

    I just re-powered my boat with the 2004 merc 115, I previously had a 98' Merc 115. On the new motor above the spark plugs there is a t fitting sticking out, when I flush motor it shoots water out of it. But there is no hose connecting to it and on the 98 motor this port is closed with a plug...
