    Thanks - E2 Valve 1 is at .78mm and Valve 2 is at .38mm. Yep can't think of any alternative to pulling it apart.

    Thanks - yes used the same calculation, I've got the service manual for the DF140. Usually exhaust valves clearance will tighten up, currently at a loss as to why I'm seeing such large clearances.
