    I have a 1998 Johnson 150hp Fast strike. I just replaced the entire lower unit. I also installed a new shift cable and water pump. The prop shaft turns in neutral. When put in either forward or reverse it does not turn in either direction. Is this normal? I have not fired it up yet. Still...
