    I have a complete early Aquamatic 80 to give away to a good home. The outdrive lower unit has a crack in the foot so I can't repair it. I'd like to donate it to someone. The B16 engine is in good rebuildable condition. All the gears look good and the 6 ball U-joints are in fine condition...

    Any Aquamatic 80 owners here? I just got given an AQ 80.

    I am being given an old boat with an Aquamatic 80. So far I know that compression is down in #1 cylinder and the splined propshaft has a twist in the splines and yet still appears straight. Is anyone still running these old units? I'm thinking the outdrive was always lightly loaded by...
