    1994 Evinrude 15 HP initial carburetor idle adjustment

    I wound up turning idle adjust screw in. It runs fine at 4-3/4 turns out. Goes into gear without stalling (on muffs not in water). I'll see if it works it's way out by itself after a few times out. At 7 turns out it's just losing its spring tension. Don't know how it can move by itself at 4-3/4...
