    Got it off. Really appreciate the help. Thanks for the forward advice when I go back on with it. This is my first boat and its been fun working around it.

    Trying to get the lower unit down to replace the impeller and cant figure out how to disconnect the shift rod on this model. The port on the side of the shaft has a rod connecter but is doent line up with the port and I dont watn to bend the rod by forcing up so I can get a flathead on the nut...
