    1984 40c Mariner outboard stalling out when slowing down, but only in the water

    I inherited a 40c outboard from mariner (when they were owned by yamaha) attached to a 1969 MGF Gypsy. I cleaned up the boat and completely restored it!..... then it died. So... lets begin. Took the boat in and got the fuel lines all cleaned, carbs cleaned etc. Put some sea foam in it too...
