    Mercury 7.5 Wont Start

    I just picked up a Mercury 7.5 2 Stroke outboard. Unsure of the year but heres the SN:7134723 now for the issue. When I pull the cord it gets spark and compression on both cylinders but will not get the fire required to start. sounds like it almost wants to go but just wont get that fire...
