    Update: UP and down relays all test okay. Bothe relay harnesses have GND and 12V present.     Well, time to find that grease fitting. Looks to be a plug covering a hole at 12 o'clock on flywheel cover. Pulled AFT seal, was packed with grease, cleaned out to find open AFT bearing: Found a new Timken seal locally 35x62 x 7. Thank you
