    Surging issues above 4K rpms

    I have a 2002 Johnson J90VLSNF that is having issues with surging above 4,000 RPMs. I have replaced the fuel water separator this year. Spark plugs were changed out last year. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Here is a video of what it is doing: https://youtu.be/ls2zjJFchIY

    2002 J90PL surging at top end

    When I am running my J90PL at full throttle I get a continuous surging effect. It is not from the prop cavitating or ventilating. I have not looked at the tachometer when this occurs.
