    2000 tilt trim problem

    I have a 40hp johnson (j40plssm) and the trim will not raise the motor. I can lower it just fine but I have to physically lift the motor while hitting the rise switch and it wont stay up. There is some obvious bleed by in the pump. Ive replaced all the seals but it is still doing the same...
