    What am I not understanding? If I didn't understand that gas and oil were to be mixed for 2 stroke operation, I wouldn't have even made an issue of any of this. I forgot about the gas in the tank line. As clearly stated, I mixed the gas 50:1 in the tank

I emptied the straight gas out of the fuel tank, but forgot about the straight gas trapped in the fuel line and primer bulb (probably 5 or so feet of 3/8"). I ran it for roughly a half hour at idle on muffs...

    40 hp Mariner magnum...having trouble identifying year/model number

    The serial number is 0d060829...every time I look it up, I come up empty handed. Not sure if those are zeros or letter O's in the serial number, or a combination of both. I've tried typing it in a number of ways. I just need the year and model number so I can order a new impeller kit for it. Thanks.
