    1974 25hp johnson lower unit help

    Ok, need help! I have a 1974 25hp Johnson outboard model number 25R74 I thought removing the lower unit would be the easiest part, turning out to be the hardest..... I have 2 sets of 4 -9/16" bolts ... one set removes the actual lower unit and the set above that removes the "extension sleeve?"...
