    1976 70 HP Johnson 70EL76D fuel pump problems HELP!!

    I have the fuel pump hooked up wrong? Black plastic fitting with the screen has the gas going in. The pulse line from the block ( behind the bottom carb ) I have tried both the remaining ports and nothing wont pump gas! The pump is mounted on a bracket but doesn't seem to have a port on it...
