    Volvo Power Steering Issue

    "1996 Volvo 5.8 DP-S Drive-Pow "1996 Volvo 5.8 DP-S Drive-Power steering not working. Fluid is full, no leaks. The steering still works but has no power assist. Any ideas how to determine if pump is bad or if hydraulic ram is bad?"
