    Aluminum belly tank has some light external pitting

    What are these for?

    They are small end cuts of wooden blocks glue to the hull side on either side of the engine area. Are they dampers for vibration from the engine? The pic is upside down, so I flipped it and added another. I don't see a what to delete the first one.

    Fiberglass cloth - Epoxy or Poly

    Does anyone know how to tell visually, the difference in fiberglass cloth that is compatible with epoxy or polyester? I have some that I stored years ago and I don't know which is which for the ones I didn't mark. Thanks Bob
