    b86 45hp Mariner throttle button

    I just bought a 1986 45 hp Mar I just bought a 1986 45 hp Mariner. Works great except the neutral throttle button doesnt seem to be working. Where do I start troubleshooting this? Is there a cellanoid like for the choke? I dont even hear the throttle linkage move while depressing the button...
