    I have a 1980, 2-Stroke Mercury 40 that I got on an old bass boat. Changed plugs, impeller, fuel filter, most of a carb kit and all fuel lines. I have a new tank and fuel line with bulb from Walmart. The problem I have been having is I can see the fuel in the filter being replaced with air...
