    Trim gauge and Trim not working

    2018 Mercury 4-stroke efi, took the boat out today, all of a sudden, I can't trim up. Only down. Also after 2800 Rpms it limits the motor. If the motor is NOT running though, I can use the trim on the throttle and the motor and they both work fine, the motor with trim up and down fine. Only...
