    yes water intrusion happens allot on this motor, cowl locking system temperamental trim motor replaced, which was the main problem of the motor operation, The trim water is still creamy, i saw there is an Allen screw at the bottom of the pump, will try to drain it tomorrow and replace o rings

    Great will try to pull the black wire and or tap, the spade was corroded, but noise doesn't always occur, sometimes it doesn't but when i am underway it does ands its really loud with the cowling on

    Will try this weekend my mechanic buddy told me not to run it long as it could damage the brushes on the starter, the solenoid alone OEM is $320, there was corrosion on the spade connector and under the nut, not sure how to remove the solenoid, shows 2 long bolts

    Thanks, I just serviced the fuel water separator & replaced the fuel filter next to it, I texted the video of the engine noise to my marine mechanic friend and he thinks the high pitch whine is not a over heat or low pressure alarm, he thinks it the Starter Solenoid, keeping the starter engaged...
