    1997 15hp mariner

    having problems with my motor. having problems with my motor... rebuilt carb... new plugs/wires...set timing...100 lbs compression on both cylinders... new fuel line/tank/fuel... new coils... still running on just the bottom cylinder. reeds are ok. any suggestions would be appreciated.
