    Thanks in advance for all you Thanks in advance for all your help. Have a mid 80's pontoon with a 48 hp evinrude. When i turn the key tp start the starter engages the flywheel and the flywheel spins maybe an inch and then stops. I can spin the motor by using two hands and it seems to spin...
