    Got it, was sure i had the rubber over the pick up tube I was wrong. lol

    Thanks jgmo. I took off the sb plastic cover and disconnected the rubber pee hose from the engine nipple. Still no water, I'm guessing thats nt what you meant as i see no brass fitting??

    First message on this board so thanks in advance. A few months back i picked up a clean Honda 4 stroke 8hp kicker (baaj). When I bought it we ran it in a full size trash can of water.
