    1966 9.5 idle issue

    i have a 1966 9.5 johnson. this was a freebie, that has a idle issue, it won't idle and hard to start, and is running rich despite moving the low speed idle screw, compression is 60 psi per cylinder, installed new set of points, points are opening 180 degrees apart and in the middle of the marks...
