    So you're saying that I have an ignition issue even though the spark plugs are sparking? That doesn't make sense to me. If the spark plugs spark how can I have an ignition issue?

    No clipper module... I don't have a spark gap tester so I can't confirm that it'll jump at least 3/8" on each lead. If the spark jumped the gap on the spark plug though doesn't that satisfy that requirement?

    I have a 1970 Evinrude Triumph 60 hp outboard that won't run. I have compression on all 3 cylinders and they are within 10% of each other (170 psi on cylinder 1, 165 psi on cylinder 2, and 160 psi on cylinder 3).
