    My outboard doesn't seem to be getting any fuel. I rebuilt the carb and I can crank it over but it doesnt seem to be getting fuel to the float bowl because I can remove the screw out of the bottom and no fuel comes out. I can spray a little starting fluid into the carb and it will fire but...
