    Raker II = twisted splines

    I have a Evinrude 250 HO (2011)on a Storm bass boat.I run this on Okeechobee (shallow lake).I had a Raker II on and accidently bottom on hole shot. Splines on prop shaft twisted but is still spinning true... My question is what is supposed to take up the shock of a hit on a Raker, it does not...
